About These Terms

Our Products
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible. Please note that images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations may occur. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
Placing an Order
To place an order, browse our products, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until acceptance, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order. You are obligated to pay for the products at the time of order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Kenvoire is not currently registered for VAT; no VAT is added to or collected on sales. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Delivery
We offer delivery through Royal Mail and DHL Express. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Our standard delivery estimate is 3-5 business days for Royal Mail Free Shipping and 1-2 business days for DHL Express Shipping. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Returns and Refunds
For returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, request a repair or replacement, or seek a price reduction. For full details, see our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud. We apply reasonable limitations on other liabilities.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, you can bring proceedings in Scottish courts; if in Northern Ireland, in Northern Irish courts.
